Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to create a professional headshot. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA and to make reasonable adjustments in line with the Equality Act 2010.

• Navigate every page using a keyboard alone, with visible focus.
• Use a screen reader, with labelled buttons, form fields and descriptive image text.
• Zoom text up to 200% without losing content.
• Read text with sufficient colour contrast.
• Reduce motion using your device's reduced-motion setting.
• Use the site comfortably on phones and tablets.
• Sign in with a code sent by email instead of remembering a password.

• The draggable before-and-after comparison may be hard to use with some assistive technology; the original and result images are also available separately.
• The crop tool relies on dragging; ready-made crop sizes can be downloaded instead.
• Generated headshots have general descriptions rather than detailed alt text.
• Stripe's payment pages are provided by Stripe and follow their own accessibility standards.

We welcome reports of accessibility problems and use them to improve. If you are not happy with our response, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS).

We test with keyboard navigation, screen readers and automated checks when we release new features. This statement was last reviewed in September 2026.
