Your account
You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Photos you upload
You may only upload photos of yourself, or photos you have explicit permission to use. Uploading images of other people without consent is not permitted and may result in account closure.
Credits and billing
One credit produces one headshot and includes 1 free revision. Subscription credits roll over for 1 additional month; purchased packs remain valid for 365 days. Credits consumed by a generation that fails for technical reasons are returned automatically.
Ownership and use
You retain rights to your uploaded photos and may use the headshots we generate for personal and commercial purposes.
Acceptable use
Do not use Pixtrait to impersonate others, create misleading identity documents, or produce unlawful content.
